The New Year is right around the corner. Looking back it’s amazing to see how much New Year’s celebrations have changed for us. How we celebrate occasions are a good indication of where we are in our lives.

This Year's Christmas Card Story
I’m sitting here looking at our front door which is full of Christmas cards from friends and family. We won’t take them down until after New Years, along with the Christmas lights and the Christmas tree. I can’t help but remembering our adventure this year with our Christmas card family photo.
December 27th
Unwrapping Christmas
We woke up Christmas morning and opened presents. Then we went to spend the day with family. We got home late and this morning was the first chance the boys had to play with their Christmas toys. It’s been a whirlwind of Hot Wheels, Ninja Turtles, Pirate Ships, dinosaurs and a toy alligator. For Mami and me it’s been a morning of picking up wrapping paper, packaging and scrapes;
